Places are nice, but the application process is ridiculous for what you get. My husband and I have never once been rejected for an application on a place before ... until this place! And the places we've been approved for had a lot more amenities than you get with these people and have been more expensive. Not to mention you have to hound them for an update on the process (I was ignored completely, my husband finally got a call back). Took half a month just for them to reject us. Sorry but it shouldn't take that long plus us asking for an update. Have to wonder how long they would have let us hang if we hadn't asked! Even the nice apartment in the Twin Cities only took a week to get back to us, I think the apartment in Wisconsin took even less. Service is ridiculous, suppose we dodged a bullet though as I can't imagine dealing with them with any issues. Too bad as the places looked pretty nicw on the inside and wouls have been perfect for our small family. Oh well!
