This is the third time in as many months that they have been out of the brand of dog food I prefer. Staff have been apologetic.
The groomers are so good with my dog babies! Not expensive, either.
Lady left me no choice but to pay extra money to have my dog put in the front of the line to get groomed because my dog was shy. They didn't even clip all of his nails, and I had to help the so called "professionals" (what she called herself) hold my 35 lb dogs legs so they could clip them. I have gone here for months to get my dog groomed and never had this problem until now. Will not be going back to the groomers. The actual store is nice though :)
Scheduled grooming appointment 5 weeks ago. Showed up for appointment and was told groomer had been out for a month on disability. Manager was brought in and she asked if any one had called me. No, if they had we would not be having this discussion. Checked appointment book and all the appointments for the day had been erased. Wanted to know did I want the groomer to call when she comes back. No, I want appointment. Next available opening 3 weeks...really, you made a mistake and did not call me to reschedule and now I have to wait 3 weeks. This is poor management.
Had my puppy groomer, Ericka did an excellent job.
