I received the worst customer service possible from this company. To book a vacation took two months, this if after I gave a written outline of exactly what I wanted to do. Then it took another three months after booking to get the booking corrected. Also, they never followed up with me. I always had to contact them for updates. Do not expect them to admit any mistake on their part. Any conversation I had with them always lead to them blaming their vendor. I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect the travel agent to book your vacation correctly and in a timely manner. Needless to say, I will never use them again.
