I shop at J Crew Factory throughout the year, but rarely go to the store. I haven't been in a store in years and my experience with this store was fine. Nothing unusual, except when I checked out I was told something in error about a promotion and was unable to use it. I'm coming back to write a 5 star review because I called the next day to ask if my order could be fixed. I spoke to one of the managers, Ana, and she took care of everything for me! She went absolutely above and beyond in her customer service to resolve my promotion issue quickly and with ample apologies, friendly banter, and just overall niceness. I really appreciated being able to call about the issue and have it so efficiently and professionally resolved. The customer service I have received from J Crew over the years has been outstanding and I am thrilled that Ana was able to exemplify the same behaviors through a J Crew Factory store. Thanks for taking care of me and giving me another reason to love your clothes!
The prices are a steal, which is probably why the clothes tend to fall apart much quicker than regular J.Crew purchases.
