The clothes were cute but the counter lady had a big frikin attitude, she should at least be glad we got something.
I was in there today and the two girls working the registers were having a very loud and uncomfortable personal conversation while ringing up two lines of people. Very rude and unprofessional. Need to hire more mature professional people.
I usually love this store and this location, but I went today and all of the employees were very rude and snarky. I was in a dressing room, and the manager walked in on me and didn't even apologize. Also, the whole time I was there, the manager was barking orders (I mean literally yelling) at her employees, who couldn't have been more than sixteen years old, when they were doing nothing wrong. They looked absolutely terrified. As I left, an employee told me "have a greeeeaaaat day" in a very obvious sarcastic tone. I usually love this store, but I think the management may have changed or something, and I will not be returning here again.
