I have been going here for about a year and I absolutely love it they are very caring and all of the staff treats you with respect and courtesy. I take my children to see Dr. Tobin and he is always there to listen and hear me out about problems no matter what with my children and he makes sure to take care of there every need. Linda yes that is what she likes to be called always calls you back when your in need and makes sure that she gets to the bottom of every problem. She is not only there to care for me but treats you as a friend and patient, I love that I don't have to call her by her last name either its so much easier. You feel at home all the time!! I am so glad that I chose to change from my other physicians and go to Mebane Primary Care, I have been much happier and I don't ever feel as though I am being talked down to or less than and I am listened to!!! Also they except Medicaid and they don't make you feel like your not a priority because of it!! Love them, I am their biggest fan. Aleisha Sasser
The customer service at the location is very poor. They are excepting new patients but can't even service their old patients. If you call to make appointment for emergency situation., they are unable to make appointment. Also they have a hung turnover in staff at this location. Patients should never feel the impact when changes are being made with any doctor office. But this office is completely a joke!!!!
Dr. Yvonne Luyando, is joining the practice in late May. She is a highly experienced and caring family doctor who maintains a close relationship with her patients.
