The assistant store manager Mark was great! I called ahead of time to see what the had in my size, since it is a 45 minute drive from Raleigh for me. Mark said that they didn't have what I was looking for, but suggested that I come in and try out some different sizes to get a good idea on sizing. Mark helped me try on a few different size shoes and never pressured me into buying. I got home and later called to place an order with him on the phone. Thank you Mark!
Went to this store and found the Grantham which I really liked, but they didn't have black and none in my size. Mark was extremely helpful! I spoke with him on the phone and he ordered my size in black and had them in like 2 days. Unfortunately, this show runs a little narrow, so I need an E instead of a medium. No problem, Mark ordered them 1st quality from the factory. Great shoes, but outstanding customer service from Mark. I highly recommend Allen Edmonds shoes and this store. Go in and ask for Mark!
As with all outlets, it's hit or miss as to whether they'll have shoes in your size. Easy access from the Interstate so it's pretty painless to drop in and see if today's your lucky day. Very good prices on factory seconds. You usually have to look very closely to find the slight imperfection that caused them to be graded as seconds. Definitely worth the considerable savings versus first quality shoes.
I bought a pair online only to find out they had over sold them. They notified me that there was a pair at this store. Mark was very easy to deal with. He took my payment and shipped them that day. EXCELLENT customer service. He went above and beyond for me. I couldnt be more grateful
In my opinion it's the greatest store in the area. Best deals i have ever received on high quality shoes.
