when i walked in the store i saw no one at the counter. i shopped and when i went to checkout i saw one of the workers watching netflix behind the counter. the worker acted very rude when i tried to buy the clothes. she acted like was causing her an inconvience. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Encountered two clerks who thought giving 12.5% off two full-priced items was the same as giving today's advertised 25% off the full-priced purchase. The staff at this location needs training in basic consumer math. They couldn't understand the math, so I had to return the purchase.

Horrible! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The managers at Francescas are horrible. I tried to buy a dress with my friend Sharon and we were denied service because of our masculine looks. I am disgusted with this kind of treatment.
